Before your appointment

  • All appointments must be booked via phone - 01422380795

  • Appointments can be booked in the salon

  • We do not take bookings via social media or text


    New clients

  • New clients are required to have a consultation before their appointment, either in the salon or by phone - one of our stylists will advise when you enquire.

    Patch testing

  • All new customers and customers that have had Covid or are taking certain medications / undergoing medical treatment will be required to take a patch test 48 hours before your appointment.

    Appointment time

  • Please be on time for your dedicated appointment,
    our stylists are usually fully booked and scheduled for everyone.

    Cancellations

  • You will receive a reminder text message 48 hours before your appointment to confirm your appointment attendance.

  • If you are unable to make your appointment please call the salon at the earliest opportunity - 01422380795

  • For longer appointment times and new clients, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit on booking.

  • If you regularly cancel we reserve the right to ask for a deposit next time you book.

During your appointment

  • When arriving at the salon, please register at reception and one of our stylists will ask you to wait before entering the main salon floor.

  • If you are a guardian of a client with special requirements or of someone under the age of 18, please inform a member of staff at the earliest opportunity and we will accommodate a safe place for you to wait or accompany them during the appointment.

  • If you are accompanying one of our clients without an appointment, we kindly ask you to explore the wonders Halifax and it’s many coffee places and shops, and not to wait in our reception area as this is reserved for clients with appointments only.

  • Our salon has sharp tools, electronic devices, and professional products in use, and in the nature of safety, we ask you to be careful and considerate of the area.

  • Children are not permitted to enter the main salon floor.

  • We ask you to come to our salon with good-vibes-only and we will only tolerate friendly interactions. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to ask you kindly to leave.
